- In-home consult or showroom visit. We’ll bring samples to your home or walk you through the full lineup at our O’Fallon showroom.

- Scheduling. You get a firm install window and clear communication on what to expect day-of.
- Furniture and old-carpet handling. We move furniture as part of the install and haul away the old carpet so you don’t have to.

- Walk-through. We walk the space with you to make sure everything is right.
Please note, County Flooring doesn’t do subfloor builds or repairs. If your project needs that work, we’ll flag it early so it can be coordinated before we install.
